The Plaza on Ellsworth Apartments

         Specializing in A-Location properties, White-Williams Development Co. was established in January of 1991 by local contractors Dave White and Boyd Williams in Vancouver, Washington.  Together, they brought innovation to a new level by adding unique features to standard apartments, row houses, and townhouses.  One being the underground parking structure.  This was a rare find in apartment living until The Plaza on Ellsworth was developed in 1992. 

 

 Unique in design, these units are complimented with gorgeous bay windows, gas fireplaces, and angled hallways. 

Mark Berry, a certified appraiser of Vancouver, identified The Plaza on Ellsworth Apartments as having "the nicest one-bedroom unit in Vancouver/Portland area" at the time.
